Beacon Rock State Park Group Campsite on Kueffler rd(on left hand side of Kueffler Rd 1.3 miles from Hwy 14)
Entry Fees:
50k: $70(not including tax or processing fees) or $75(not including tax or processing fees) after June 1st (price does not include shirt)
25k: $50(not including tax or processing fees) or $55(not including tax or processing fees) after June 1st (price does not include shirt)
T-Shirt:
$30 additional. Short sleeved Patagonia Capilene. Gender Specific Sizes ***Deadline is May 10 to get shirt!
Cutoff Time:
5:00 pm = 9 hours
Aid Stations:
There will be five full aid stations for the 50k(mi 5.5, 11.8, 15.5, 20.5 and 27.3) and two for the 25k(mi 5.5 and 11.8). The aid stations will have water, nuun electrolyte drink, succeed electrolyte caps, gu, and a wide variety of the normal ultra aid station food(cookies, chips, candy, potatoes, etc.)
Post Race: We'll hang out at the finish line lying in the sun-warmed grass, drinking tasty beverages, eating yummy hot food, listening to live music from The Pine Hearts.
Where to Sleep, Eat, Etc.:
Portland, Or is the closest city but you can find hotels and restaurants in nearby Camas,WA , Washougal, WA , Stevenson, WA Troutdale, OR and Cascade Locks, OR. I've stayed at The Camas Hotel, The Best Western in Cascade Locks and The Edgefield in Troutdale and I would recommend any of them. BUT there is plenty of free camping at the race Start/Finish Area Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and is definitely a great way to spend the weekend and hang out with all the other runners!
